Your Pelvic Floor is Tight

Facebook0Tweet0Print0LinkedIn0

The tight vagina is glorified. Many stories and fables have been written about it.

Heck, I’ve seen women go to the ends of the earth to tighten their vaginas. I’ve even had husbands in my healing center tell me “please don’t make my wife too loose.” As if!

#truth: If we only focus on tightening ”IT” then problems such as dryness, leaking, sexual pain, and deep pelvic pressure will continue to persist.

I know this sounds crazy because so many of us still believe that oursymptoms are due to having weakness and looseness in our vaginas. So what do we do? kegels and sometimes a lotof them. But women with tight pelvic floors should not be doing Kegels.

… So when Equinox wanted to interview me for their article “Your Pelvic Floor is Tight”

I jumped at. I knew this article would shine a light on one of the biggest pelvic floor myths hanging over our heads that “tight is better.”

… A balanced, supple, flexible, toned pelvic floor is what’s going to improve our orgasms, connections, and improve bowel and bladder health.

My master class is my holiday gift for you because I want you to start your 2019 with a bang and excellenthealing tools that have worked for thousands of women. I do have an additional surprise gift so don’tforget to stay until the end of my masterclass:)
