Replay – Sisterhood Call May 2020

Sisterhood Call Recap:

I loved how many of us showed up for this month’s call. It was a true joy to see and hear familiar faces. It is an hour we look forward to every month to recharge with female energy.

In this sisterhood call, we talked about our experiences with “The Reverse Kegel Challenge”. As always our conversation evolved into so much more and we were able to unlock some powerful tips about self care and healing. Here are some of the highlights from yesterday’s conversation.

I know I will be having a second listen because what was shared was authentic and powerful and I do not want to miss anything.

Here is just a taste:
1. The “Reverse Kegel” or the “un-kegel” is one of the most powerful skills you can learn for your lady parts. It is the gentle voluntary release of your pelvic floor and allows you to release tension that is stored in the muscles and fascial system of your pelvis.

2. We expanded on how to navigate “The Dark Nights of the Soul” or the setbacks we encounter when we embark in our healing  journey. These nights are here as an opportunity to elevate or evolve us into something better, to show us what is and is not working and to give us the opportunity to level up.

3. We talked about regenerative medicine and how negative thoughts impair our healing process by allowing our bodies to hold onto inflammation. When we hold negative beliefs about ourselves or other people (i.e. shame, envy, judgement, hatred), we lower our vibration and make ourselves vulnerable to dis-ease.

4. We had an honest conversation about what we really “control”. This was my favorite part. We really only control these things: What we allow in?, what we believe?, and what we think?. I encourage you to go deeper into these 3 questions and examine your own life. What are you letting in that is causing dis-ease?

What beliefs do you hold and are they “Really, Really True!”? and what are you thinking that is causing you distress/anxiety or pain?

I really encourage you to take a listen if you did not attend yesterday and to apply what we discussed in your own lives. We are here for you and want you to shine your light as bright as you can now more than ever.

We need the collective female energy to be the guiding light that will help heal the world.
