First, let me thank you for showing up yesterday. During this stressful time, it was a breath of fresh air having that female energy to lift us up. Let’s remember challenges are an opportunity from the universe to Level UP! And I truly feel yesterday we unlocked some very practical advice on how to do that by tapping into our deepest selves.
Isa has been studying “Psycho-neural Immunology” and gave us science-based tips on how to improve our immunology by removing anxiety and stress from our lives. Negative thoughts and isolation suppress our immune system and leave us vulnerable and susceptible to dis-ease.
Here are some of the tips from our call that awaken your inner healer and allow you to take the Power back:
1. What You Focus on Expands. So why not: Focus on pleasure and joy!
2. Practice Mental Hygiene: Notice and question what you are thinking about. Isa gave us 5 questions from Byron Katie’s book on how to change our thoughts to make us feel more joyful and calm. Listen to the Masterclass on Mind Hacking for more details.
3. Change Your Brainwaves – Humming, chanting, and singing stimulates the Vagal Nerve and promotes relaxation. Experience what sound healing can do for you by simply humming or chanting to yourself.
4. Right and Left Nostril Breathing- we demonstrated how to quickly reset for more or less energy using these yoga breaths. Right nostril- invigorates and energizes (May Increase Blood Pressure) while Left Nostril- relaxes and calms.
5. Send a smile and loving healing energy to any body part in dis-stress within your body to remove pain and suffering.
