Eliminate all fruit except for darks berries and apples
Eliminate all alcohol- optional- alcohol has a lot of sugar.

- Drink 1 gallon of water a day
- Eliminate all processed sugar

- Decrease fermented foods
- Swap out food so you don’t feel deprived
- No alcohol- instead do mocktails ( alcohol is high in sugar)
- Be careful with nuts- they are full of fats- best nuts are raw walnuts, Macadamia nuts, Brazil nuts,
- Pumpkin seeds and hemp seeds are a great source of iron
- Have a date when you get a craving – instead of something loaded with sugar
- Be careful with fillers in supplements.
- Avoid foods with juice concentrates and cane sugar- they sound healthy but are not
- To feel food and to beat inflammation get more protein in your diet

- Raw Honey
- Unrefined coconut sugar
- Manuka honey
