Ever wonder why you have more pain and leak after or during your yoga practice?  Yoga is medicine and in my line of work as a pelvic pain therapist, I incorporate yoga as part of my pelvic healing programs and online courses.  The benefits of yoga are plentiful and for the pelvic floor and the abdominals yoga can restore functionality and strength. But all yoga is not created equal and modifications to one’s practice might necessary to avoid injury and exacerbation of pain and symptoms. It’s been my mission for the last couple of years to help create a global language of understanding about all things pelvic. That’s one of the main reasons why I created my online school PelvicPainRelief.com

Learn more about my unique pelvic floor P.R.E.S.S. Yoga program, created using biofeedback technology, an evidence based approach that proves the effectiveness of each pose.

In this special podcast with Deb Flashenberg and I dispel some of the myths and misconceptions of yoga during pregnancy and in the postpartum period. We dig deep into all things pelvic floor, diastasis abdominal separation and why exercise modifications are needed during pregnancy and beyond.

Don’t miss out. This podcast reveals truths that can help supercharge your teachings, coaching and healing journey.
