Thank you for submitting your question on leaking and incontinence. I have made you a video with a couple of tips here for you that I think will help you on your healing journey to conquering your leaking. Help is here and ready for you.
Now let’s get to the tips!
Listen to the Messages of Your Body and Take Action
One of the most important things a woman can do when she suffers from leaking and other bladder issues is to listen to the messages her body is sending her. For instance, if you do an activity that increases your leaking, that is the moment to stop what you’re doing and to re-evaluate why it happened. You must figure out how to modify the activity so your leaking is not exasperated. Awareness, attention and taking appropriate action is everything when it comes to healing leaking.
Self Care is the Way To Heal Yourself & to Take Back Control
The next thing that I will recommend is that every woman who suffers from leaking no matter how bad it is will benefit from a self-care program that includes Kegels, reverse Kegels, core, bodywork, and behavior modification.
Women with who leak must strengthen and balance their pelvic floor. Symptoms related to a leaking can get better by doing a consistent pelvic self-care program that balances, tones, and strengthens the pelvic floor muscles. Do not lose hope.
My Go To Tips That Help to Heal Leaking
Hopefully, you were able to attend my free masterclass, but if you didn’t, my go-to healing tips for leaking is to retrain your bladder, drink plenty of water and avoid bladder irritants such as caffeine, tomato, and carbonated water. The bladder is a very finicky organ and will respond to training and diet. Pay attention to what brings on the leaking. Awareness is the first step and then eliminate those until you get things under better control.
Enrollment for pelvic healing closes Feb 17. So check out my pelvic healing group coaching program and let me help you to heal and awaken your inner doctor so you stop the frequent bathroom trips, give up the pantyliners and have more confidence.
Thank you for being on this journey with me and for being part of my community. I do not take that lightly and wish you the absolute best healing
With Much Love,
Isa
