“Go Deeper Online:” Keep Your Lady Parts in Place
So many women have bladder issues that affect their sex lives, physicality and self-esteem. And guess what? You don’t have to live that way. The bladder in my opinion is easily trainable and can be bought under control.
Bridging is what I call a universal exercise one that benefits most women. For prolapse, the bridging exercise helps to strengthen the hip, gluteal and back muscles. It works to stabilize the pelvis so our female organs stay in place. It is important that the hips remain level as you come up into the bridge. The pelvic floor muscles also contract on the way up. So this exercise serves as a natural Kegel. A kegel is an exercise that strengthens and tones our “Lady Parts.”
